Tips: Apply to tense areas, add a warm compress or heating pad for added benefits. Due to peppermint cooling affect, it will have a cooling feel if used in bathtub, (not always a welcome affect!) Dilute to desired rate for all types of bodywork and massage to ease achy muscles.
