As an experienced holistic practitioner I offer a unique integrative healing session - Utilizing both my 15+ years of experience Essential Oil Therapies and Shiatsu-  a system of regaining balance by massaging the meridian system ( acupoints).

Over the last few years I have been a student of an advanced system of healing called "Aroma Acupoint Therapy (AAT)". Originally created by Peter Holmes and Tiffany Pollard. Peter's early work as a Acupunturist lead him to realize that essential oils were just as electromagnetically powerful as acupuncture needles, he began experimenting on patients by placing a drop of oil on a point instead of stimulating it with a needle.

AAT opens up an entire world of treatment possibilities by engaging the energetic functionality of the EO’s together with the potency and potentiality of the acupuncture points.

Sessions with Aroma Acupoint and light massage are great for:

• Toify and strengthen - feeling weak, tired out, drained unmotivated?
• Releasing Anxiety - mind racing and over thinking?
• Digestive complaints - constipation, slow sluggish digestion, heartburn . . .
• Muscle Tension - neck and sholder tension, low back pain, headaches. . .

My overall intention is to unwind and relax your body, find the areas where the Qi (energy)  is stuck (emotions and pain), open and move this energy with skillfull application a variety of tools. After your session, you will feel energized, yet relaxed, and feel the full effects for days after your session.  Your session will be unique to YOU, and will include written take home instructions for self care to maintain the benefits of your session.

YOur session may also include any of the following as needed

•  Amethyst Bio Mat - Infrared heat, negative ion and amethyst crystal - FDA approved medical device
•  Intuitive guidance - Energy Tools  - tools for transformation
• Lighter touch Shiatsu massage to open the flow of qi. 
• Recomendations to provide you with a plan to restore overall balance with take home instructions

Frequently asked questions...

What do you wear?
Wear comfortable work out style clothing, simple t-shirt and lightweight pants are preferred that can be easily moved for acces to acupoints. Cotton clothing is optimal, especialy if you are receiving a bio mat treatment.  I do keep a few t shirts and pants on hand if you forgot or come right from work.

Should I tip? Tips are always welcomed,  not expected.
