Fill with your favorite single oil like pink grapefruit or essential oil blend like breathe clear. Make some for your friends too!

To Fill: Add15 drops essential oil to the organic cotton wick. Put cotton wick inside the inner tube, snap on the end cap tightly. We recommend you add a label with oil used and date filled.

Inhale mindfully for 1-2 minutes, and repeat as needed. Lasts about 3-4 months.
